All UltimateIDX™ and UltimateRETS™ Solutions comes with Search Engine friendly URL strings for easier indexing by the search engines. These pages appear “Static” vs “Dynamic” and are indexed more often than standard “Dynamic” pages. This is critical for higher rankings in major Search Engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN.

Additionally these URLs will appear on YOUR domain, NOT a sub-domain of our site as most of our major competitors do. Your site gets the credit for the content NOT your MLS vendor. And every listing in your MLS data base produces a UNIQUE URL string for easy search engine indexing.

Ok so there are a lot of searchable customized systems out there. The searchable MLS part is easy. Most foreign programmers in the Middle and Far East will build you a system that will do a simple search for $10 - $15 an hour. And if it goes down you may or may not be able to find him.
